Classes for all Upper School students start tomorrow. Here are a few reminders:
Daily Drop-Off and Pick-Up Schedule: Below are the times for drop-off and pick-up for each grade.
Drop-Off Times Pick-Up Times
PK-Kindergarten 7:30-8:00 AM 2:30 PM
1st-5th Grades 7:30-8:00 AM 3:00 PM
6th-12th Grades 7:45-8:15 AM 3:25 PM
Please note the following:
Due to having multiple pick-up times, arriving too early will slow the flow of traffic. If you are in line for the wrong pick-up time, you will be asked to circle the building to get back in line. Students with siblings should be dropped off in the mornings at the drop-off time for the youngest sibling. Upper School students who are dropped off earlier with Lower School siblings will remain in the gym (supervised).
Students with siblings should be picked up in the afternoons at the pick-up time of the oldest sibling. Lower School students who are being picked up later with Upper School siblings will remain in a supervised area.
Campus Traffic Flow Map: You can view the traffic pattern map for drop-off and pick-up HERE.
Lunches: Lunch will not be provided the first week of school (August 8th-9th) (drinks will be available). This means that every student will need to bring a sack lunch this week. A specific email about the lunch ordering process was sent out earlier this week.
Extended Care: Extended Care is available for students in PK-8th grades.
For the first week of school, Extended Care will be available until 5:30 pm.
Starting Monday, August 12, Extended Care will be available until 6:00 pm.
Program and pricing information is available on the school website. If you plan to have your student attend Extended Care, please complete the Extended Care contract ASAP. Click HERE for more information. Click HERE to view the application.
Student Medication: If your student will need to be administered prescription medication at school, we are required to have a Prescription Medication Authorization on file, signed by a doctor. Most doctor's offices have a 1-2 week turnaround time for these forms, so it is recommended that you begin that process now. Any medication should be brought to a nurse in its original packaging, accompanied by this form. The form can be found in Family Portal under Resource Documents.
Student/Parent Handbook: All families are asked to read the Student/Parent Handbook and sign the agreement form. You can read the handbook and sign HERE.
We can't wait for your student(s) to return. If you have any questions, please contact the Upper School Office.
